Lucas Bouchard - CEO

Lucas grew up surrounded by the sounds of machinery and the sights of construction, igniting a fascination that would shape his future. As a child, he spent countless hours helping his father build homes from the ground up, learning the intricacies of construction and the importance of hard work. His early experiences instilled in him a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship involved in creating something from nothing.

After years of gaining hands-on experience managing jobsites and honing his skills in various aspects of construction, he proudly launched his own excavation business Skyline Siteworks in 2024.

Lucas takes great pride in delivering high-quality work and exceptional service. He understands that every project is unique, and he approaches each one with a meticulous attention to detail.

Whether it’s a small residential project or a large commercial endeavor, he strives to turn challenges into opportunities, transforming the land “from earth to excellence.” Lucas' mission is not just to dig, but to build lasting relationships and contribute positively to the neighborhoods he serves.

Pete is a graduate of Grand Canyon University with a diverse background in customer service. In his role as VP of Sales for Skyline Siteworks, Pete is dedicated to developing trust and delivering satisfaction from beginning to end with each customer interaction.

Pete works closely with the Skyline team to ensure seamless project coordination and open communication. His commitment to building strong relationships allows him to truly understand the unique needs of each client, tailoring the company's services to exceed their expectations.
